  Description: Ashtanga Flow (strength/power/athletic) Flow or Vinyasa means breathing with movement. For each  movement, there is one breath which can be physically demanding, but not synchronizing the breath and movement produces an internal heat which helps to purify the body and build core strength while toning  the body. The breath is also counted, while holding a posture, till the muscle(s) fatigues, which will build strength and keep the muscle long, lean and strong. Varying asanas (postures) are strung together in a flow sequence)
